Data Scientist

The Data Scientist role will play a vital part in providing insights, recommendations, and process automation to guide our clients in making informed data-driven decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manipulate, transform, and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources

  • Create automated cloud-based data processing tools to update analysis with limited manual intervention

  • Apply data mining techniques, perform complex data statistical analysis, and create reporting systems that can update and run automatically to reduce manual manipulation

  • Collaborate with team members to help assist with multiple client projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

  • 2+ years of data analytics experience

  • Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills

  • Experienced with Tableau to create dashboards, reports, and general data exploration

  • Experienced with Python and R

  • Advanced knowledge with one or more technical languages, like SQL

  • Experienced with software apps, Big Data, cloud computing, analytics, or business intelligence technology

  • Previous experience creating complex and custom SQL queries and algorithms to deliver study data for internal and external clients

  • Experienced with analysis and interpretation of quantitative data

  • Ability to manage and build a cloud-based data structure

  • Display a strong desire to achieve and attain high levels of both internal and external customer satisfaction

  • Ability to work in and maintain a “startup mentality” to accelerate the introduction of new capabilities and improve existing processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree

  • Healthcare business experience

  • Client facing experience

  • Experienced with AI technologies
