Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead client delivery and engagement for the company and provide subject matter expertise for client engagements
- Initiate and focus team efforts to gather, analyze and interpret data, and craft conclusions and recommendations
- Render quality control for team’s work and ensure goals and objectives are met and delivered on time
- Lead executive level presentations of complex consulting projects, building consensus around recommendations
- Support the growth of direct and indirect reports through skills development, objectives, and goal setting
- Advise the Director of Operations and CEO on the strategic growth of consulting offerings and team composition including new hires
- Collaborate with Innovation and Analytics team leads on thought partnership, new product development, and client deliverables
- Contribute to business development efforts through thought leadership and relationship-based sales and networking
- Support contract management related sales pursuits and contract management business development, including RFP responses and demos
- As with any fast-growing company, this role will need to be flexible and happy taking on other responsibilities as needed as part of our collaborative team with a shared mission
Required Qualifications:
- BS / BA in Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of management experience in a consulting or relevant healthcare leadership role
- 3+ years of recent consulting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Should have experience interpreting financial statements and claims data
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to synthesize and present complex information
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients and individuals within the organization
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Desire to achieve and maintain high levels of both internal and external customer satisfaction
- Expert user in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau experience is preferred
- Ability to work in and maintain a “startup mentality” to accelerate the introduction of new capabilities and improve existing processes
- Willing to travel up to 20%
