Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to client success
- Collect and validate financial and operational data from client systems, reports, and stakeholder input
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets, applying quantitative and qualitative methods to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
- Translate data and stakeholder insights into clear, actionable recommendations tailored for executives, finance leaders, and operations teams
- Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations, written reports, financial models, and practical tools that drive informed decision-making
- Design and implement strategies that address organizational, financial, and operational challenges within medical groups, ensuring goals and objectives are achieved on time and with measurable results
- Manage assigned projections, workstreams, and deliverables in partnership with the Senior Director of Operations and senior leadership, maintaining accountability for timelines and client expectations
- Support change management efforts by guiding client teams through the adoption of new processes, systems, and performance improvement initiatives
- Develop thought leadership content, engage in professional networking, and support initiatives that strengthen both your and Ancore’s reputation
- As with any fast-growing company, this role will need to be flexible and happy taking on other responsibilities as needed as part of our collaborative team with a shared mission

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of healthcare management consulting experience in medical group operations, revenue cycle, strategy, and/or value-based care
- BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- Expert user in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable with financial modeling, return on investment analyses, and measurement of key performance indicators
- 2+ years of experience in high-growth corporate strategy/operations, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity; experience in healthcare preferred
- Experience with data visualization techniques user tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.
